Gifted with the Spirit Jr High Confirmation Program

With the Gifted with the Spirit program, the eight lessons of each Candidate Edition provide the information and inspiration that young people need as they move toward making and living out personal faith commitments and focus on prayer, sacraments, and service as the framework for a Catholic lifestyle.

Lessons in the Junior Edition of Gifted with the Spirit:

• Begin with the call to prayer
• Cover Catholic tradition clearly and in depth
• Include a Scripture search to strengthen biblical connections
• Offer lively activities to keep young minds engaged
• Include a Catholic Literacy feature and definition of faith words
• Offer journaling opportunities

A Called to Serve feature suggests works of mercy or justice the young people can perform to serve others outside of their class sessions.

The Catechist Guide (sold separately) provides practical, easy-to-follow directions for presenting the material in each lesson of the Candidate Edition. The spiral-bound Catechist Guide is 96 pages, 8 1/2" x 11" and is just $27.95.
